All of our chauffeurs are professional and service-oriented and will help to make your “special occasion” truly special. They are flexible in their approach and will adapt to most situations to ensure that you get the best service possible, reflective of your requirements.
They are First-Aid trained and operate Safety and Security Awareness policies as standard. Some of our chauffeurs have client-specialist skills and experience (eg. Tour Management, Security Driving Techniques, Environmental Assessment, etc.), and our specialist chauffeurs are Security and Personal-Protection Trained.

We truly believe that our chauffeurs are amongst the very best in the business, this view is reinforced by the many letters and testimonials that we receive from our clients who's comments always include praise for their politeness, helpful demeanour, professionalism, punctuality, courtesy and personal appearance.
We invest heavily in training our chauffeurs to the highest possible standards. Initially they are chosen for their individual qualities, which we identify at the interview stage together with more obvious requirements such as a full clean driving license, a minimum 8 yrs driving experience and excellent references. Once 'on board' with us they attend the British Chauffeurs Guild course giving them a thorough knowledge of the requirements and duties of a professional security-aware chauffeur, a full week in-house course with ourselves which includes vehicle preparation, basic maintenance skills, client protocol and training in our own standard operating procedures. Only after they have completed their full induction are they allowed to come into contact with our clients. This usually takes place on multi-vehicle hires accompanied by one of our Senior Chauffeurs, until we are completely satisfied that they can represent our company in a manner consistent with the rest of their colleagues, reflective of their client's position and indicative of our high standards.
All of our chauffeurs are encouraged to develop their skills and abilities to a more advanced level with further training in Close Protection, Advanced Driving and First Aid to enhance the service that we are able to bring to our clients.
We have the utmost confidence in our chauffeur’s abilities, after all they are often driving hugely expensive, high-powered vehicles in often challenging traffic conditions and stressful circumstances - sometimes with 'World Famous' clients as their passengers. Our executive chauffeur services are operated by our corporate chauffeurs, who have a vast amount of experience in that area. We would not ever risk our reputation or your safety and comfort by supplying an in-experienced, un-trained chauffeur.
Personal Chauffeur-Driver Only Hire
We are regularly asked to supply Chauffeurs to drive a client’s own personal or company vehicle/s for a variety of reasons. These include circumstances where a client may be disabled due to injury, absence of driving license or even for special events where the client wishes to take a more complete part in an evening’s event without the worry of having to drive afterwards. Subject to appropriate insurance and license requirements our operators will be pleased to quote for your personal requirements.
